With an MBA from the University of Sheffield, ICE-AC certification, and years of working with teams across IT, construction, finance, retail, and education, every engagement is tailored to your system — or we don’t take it on. From diagnostic sales coaching (a concept he authored) to AI-powered organizational design, we believe there are no ready-made solutions. Only decisions that make sense in your reality.
