What is the CSM course?
The Scrum Alliance® Certified Scrum Master® (CSM) learning is a highly interactive, in-depth approach to covering the values and principles of Agile, and the theory, practices and rules of Scrum. It provides practical guidance for adopting Scrum and continuously improving your organisation. It is online so, you won’t have to travel 🙂
Incorporating Scrum principles and practices takes diligence, patience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Scrum is a framework, not a prescriptive methodology. This course will help you understand Agile, Scrum and more.

You come away with an industry certificate that recognises you as a Scrum Master ready to start being in service to the Developers, Product Owner and Organisation.
