    What is the CSPO course?

The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) learning is a highly interactive, in-depth approach to covering the values and principles of Agile, and the theory, practices and rules of Scrum. It provides practical guidance for adopting Scrum and continuously improving your organisation.

Incorporating Scrum principles and practices takes diligence, patience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Scrum is a framework, not a prescriptive methodology. This course will help you understand Agile, Scrum and more.

Attendees will learn about the key rights and responsibilities of being a Product Owner on a Scrum product delivery. The course will cover how to effectively set a direction for an agile team without destroying the key aspects of performance and self-organisation of the team.

The discipline and feedback culture of Scrum requires support from yourself to be high performing. You will learn how to do this and more in our Certified Scrum Product Owner Training.

    What topics are covered?
    • Agile – Mindset, Values, Principles and Practices and Scrum.
    • Value Understanding
    • Product Understanding
    • Product Vision

    What will you learn?

Through an experiential, hands-on learning approach, attendees will learn about the importance of the Product Owner role, interactive techniques for developing innovative products, and guiding the team toward results with real business value.

During the course, attendees will learn why such a seemingly simple process such as Scrum can have such profound effects on an organization. Participants gain practical experience working with Scrum tools and activities. Participants leave knowing how to apply Scrum to all sizes of products, from a single collocated team to a large, highly distributed team.

    What about exams and assessments?

There is no exam for this Certification. Though that may change in the future so, hurry in!

Attendance and active participation across the course days will result in the registration for the Certified Scrum Product® certification.

You will be asked to accept the CSPO License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile

Then and only then, upon successful completion of the course exam and the formality of accepting the license agreement, attendees will hold Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) status.
