Welcome to the Agile Playground website! My name is Miroslav and I am a founder of Agile Playground and Principal Agile Coach. I hold an MBA from the University of Sheffield, a PMP certificate, and a prestigious agile coaching designation ICE-AC.

As an Agile Coach, I am passionate about helping teams and organizations achieve their highest potential through the implementation of Agile methods, tools, and practices. I have experience working with a variety of industries, including software development, construction, trade, entertainment, retail, finance, and education.

My approach to coaching is based on collaboration and empowerment using the latest coaching tools and techniques. I believe that by working closely with teams and stakeholders, we can create a culture of continuous improvement and learning. I strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas and feedback, and where we can work together to find solutions that work for everyone.

One of the key aspects of my coaching philosophy is the importance of adaptability. Agile frameworks are designed to be flexible and responsive to change, and I believe that this mindset should extend beyond just the development process. By being open to new ideas and willing to adjust our approach as needed, we can ensure that we are always delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.

In addition to my ICE-AC certification, I hold an ICP-SYS, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, CSP-SM, CSPO, LeSS, KMP1, ORSC@Work, TBR trainer, Prosci Change Management Certified Practitioner, and triple certified Clean Language for Agile teams practitioner. I am also a frequent speaker at Agile conferences and events, where I enjoy sharing my experiences and learning from others in the community.
